AcrossFlare
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 28, 2026
These terms and this privacy policy apply to AcrossFlare, operated by 어크로스툴 (CEO: 신일) at acrossflare.com.
1. Purpose and data we collect
We process personal data to register accounts, provide the paid service, handle payment and refunds, answer support, and protect against abuse. We store email, password hashes, session cookies, plan and payment records, issued access and backup details, and operational logs. For card checkout we also collect a mobile phone number so the payment processor can verify the payer. We do not store card numbers; payment processors do.
2. Retention
Account data is kept until you leave or the contract ends. Transaction records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce and tax rules (generally five years for contracts, payments, and supply records, and three years for complaint records). Session cookies expire. Issued secrets are removed or rotated when a plan changes or ends; backup copies may remain for a limited time.
3. Processors
We outsource personal-data processing as follows. Processor: PortOne Co., Ltd. (주식회사 포트원) — payments (electronic payment gateway) Processor: Stripe, Inc. — payments (including Alipay) Processor: Paymentwall, Inc. — payments Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS, WAF, and TLS Processor: VPS providers used to run servers — server hosting Retention lasts until the processing contract ends, or as required by law under section 2. Encrypted backup features use our password, note, and file-sync systems. We do not sell personal information.
4. Overseas transfers
Data may be transferred abroad to run the service: Cloudflare (United States and other regions, DNS and security), Stripe and Paymentwall (United States and other regions, payments), and overseas VPS providers (including the United States and Japan, servers). Items may include email, payment identifiers, and technical access data. Retention follows section 2. Signing up or paying with this policy in view is how we inform you of those transfers.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties except where the law requires it.
6. Deletion and security
When the retention period ends we destroy personal data so it cannot be restored. We use access control, TLS, password hashing, and permission limits.
7. Your rights
After sign-in you can view your account email in Settings. To change the email, access or correct data, pause processing, or delete the account, email [email protected] unless we must keep records for law or security. Do not send payment card numbers to that inbox.
8. Children under 14
We do not collect personal data from children under 14. They may not create an account.
9. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the account. Blocking cookies may disable sign-in.
