AcrossFlare

Terms of Service

Last updated August 28, 2026

These terms and this privacy policy apply to AcrossFlare, operated by 어크로스툴 (CEO: 신일) at acrossflare.com.

1. Parties

These terms govern the secure-cloud and network-optimization digital service AcrossFlare, provided by 어크로스툴 (“the company”). You accept them when you sign up or pay.

2. The service

Paid products listed on the site are Standard, Hybrid, and Workspace & Custom. Each includes encrypted network access and encrypted cloud backup. Routes (such as LA or Tokyo+LA), traffic, backup size, term, and seat counts follow the product page and checkout screen. After payment succeeds or the company provisions an account manually, access and backup details are issued to the signed-in account. Workspace plans require a promotional code. The catalog on the homepage may change.

3. Accounts

You must be 14 or older. Provide an accurate email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for issued access and backup credentials. After sign-in you can view your email in Settings. To change the email or delete the account, email [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes such as travel, work trips, and online meetings. You must not use it to attack networks, commit fraud, distribute malware, exploit minors, evade legal duties, or violate export or sanctions rules. The company may restrict or end service for abuse, non-payment, or legal need.

5. Payments and plans

Prices include VAT and are shown in the currency that follows your language. Card and Alipay charges are processed by PortOne, Stripe, or Paymentwall. All paid plans are one-time purchases only; we do not offer recurring billing, auto-renewal, or automatic card charges. When your term ends, you must pay again to extend access. For Standard and Hybrid, digital delivery (access and backup details) starts immediately when payment succeeds. For Workspace, you pay after a promotional code is confirmed, and the company issues details to the account. Traffic, backup quota, and term follow the plan; unused traffic does not roll over unless stated. Withdrawals and refunds follow section 6.

6. Withdrawals and refunds

This is digital content whose supply starts when payment succeeds. After access or backup details are issued, the right to withdraw may be limited under Korean e-commerce law (Article 17(2)(5)). We disclose that on the payment screen and require your agreement. Email [email protected] within 7 days of payment for a full refund if (1) payment succeeded but access or backup details were not issued or provisioning failed, or (2) the charge was duplicated or clearly erroneous. We do not pro-rate unused time after details have been issued, unless a mandatory law says otherwise. Refunds go back to the original payment method. By statute a refund should begin within three business days of the withdrawal request; the payment provider may take several more days to post it. Purchase-protection (escrow) is not offered for this digital content.

7. Availability

Network routes, access systems, and backup storage may move, fail over, be maintained, or go offline. We work to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted access or a particular exit IP.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. The company may end a contract for non-payment, breach, or legal need. Access and backup may be revoked without a separate notice period.

9. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, the company is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and total liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected subscription in the prior three months.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow Korean e-commerce and consumer rules; you may also use Korea Consumer Agency procedures. Contact: [email protected], phone 070-8065-1258.

11. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Changes that are unfavorable to you will be announced before they apply. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new terms.
